Bridge type CNC profile machining center with 5 controlled axes X-Y-Z-A-C

Real Gantry moving mentality with double servo motors on both sides of the bridge.

Vibration free electrowelded steel construction and mechanical moving system working with crakmill-pignon, linear guides and screw mill.

X Axis processing length can be 4.000 mm. – 7.000 mm. – 9.000 mm. Standard. As per demand, the machine can be produced with longer processing length.

Double station working capability is a standard tool, where with more pneumatic referance points connected on the clamps it is possible to increase the number of stations called as multi-piece processing option.

The profile programming software is standard as CamBOX, the dedicated software solution produced by ino. Any kind of dxf or stp or igs files can be directly imported and read through the software and the profile processings of 5 axis are done.

The CNC controller is running over a 15″ TouchPanel PC with intel CPU and Windows 10 operating system.

The multi-axis high speed electrospindle can work in A and C axes and it is working with HSK-F63 tool holders on a power of 10,0 kW and 24.000 rpm. The profile processing accuracy is 0,1 mm.

Any kind of drilling, routing, milling and notching operations can be carried out in 5 axis with the standard CNC controller.

There are 2 different types of tool changers placed on the machine. The first automatic tool changer magazine with 8 positions is for standard cutters with 60 mm of maximum diameter and the second magazine is with 3 positions suitible for only sawblades that are up to 400 mm of diameter.

In the first magazine it is possible to increase the number of the tools up to 16.

In the second magazine it is standard to have 400 mm – 250 mm – 150 mm of sawblades.

Profile machining sizes:

Processing from the top: 500 mm. X 350 mm.

5 Axis processing: 350 mm. X 350 mm.

A – Axis movement: +/- 185 degrees

C-Axis movement: +/- 320 degrees

The profile clamping units are in standard 8 pieces that are positioned automatically by the bridge. Optionally it is possible to get more clamps. The independent positioning clamps is an option that each clamp is moved by a servo motor independently from the machine. With this option it is possible to load the profile as 6 meters, cut the profile to size, machine each part seperately. This option is possible only in the 9 meter version.

Dust extraction roller conveyor and the laser safety barriers are standard.
